These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service", or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the SAVI website, web application, mobile applications, services, features, earning opportunities, rewards, referral programs, withdrawal systems, and related services.

In these Terms:

• "SAVI", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the company or organization operating SAVI.
• "User", "you", and "your" refer to any person who accesses or uses SAVI.
• "Platform" refers to the SAVI website, applications, software, systems, and services.

• "Withdrawal" refers to a request to transfer eligible funds or rewards from a SAVI account through an available payout method.

By creating an account, accessing, or using SAVI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use SAVI.

2. About SAVI

SAVI is a digital platform designed to provide users with access to earning opportunities, rewards, activities, referrals, and related services. The exact activities and opportunities available may change over time.

SAVI may:

• Introduce new earning activities;
• Remove existing activities;
• Modify reward amounts;
• Change eligibility requirements;

SAVI does not guarantee that any particular earning opportunity will remain available indefinitely.

3. Eligibility

To use SAVI, you must:

6. One Account Per Person

Unless SAVI expressly authorizes otherwise, each individual may maintain only one personal SAVI account.

Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, abuse referral programs, or manipulate earning activities is strictly prohibited.

9. KYC and Identity Verification

Where required, SAVI may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) or identity verification procedures. Users may be required to provide a legal name, date of birth, government-issued identification, and proof of address.

Submitting fake, altered, or another person's documents is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

18. Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals when they satisfy applicable requirements, including minimum withdrawal amounts and account verification.

Available payout methods may include M-Pesa, Bank transfers, PayPal, and Cryptocurrency.

24. Prohibited Activities

You must not use SAVI to:

• Commit fraud or money laundering;
• Use bots or unauthorized automation;
• Exploit software vulnerabilities;
• Reverse engineer protected systems;
• Generate fraudulent traffic;
• Submit false verification documents.

40. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAVI services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
